Meet Gail

"There is a sense of empowerment that comes when you learn how to be proactive about your health and wellbeing. I’ve experienced this for myself, which allows empathy and intuition to guide my approach, along with the skilled guidance of my many teachers"

While I was teaching in classrooms, I recognized that students were in need of healthy practices for calming their minds and engaging in a healthy lifestyle. I began infusing yoga and mindfulness techniques into the classroom and in an after school program. This fueled my passion for the healing arts.

A worldly education in the Healing Arts and Yoga has allowed me to study Shiatsu from the source in Japan, Zazen meditation with Buddhist monks, Thai massage from great teachers, Traditional Yogic practices, Ayurvedic Yoga , and innovative movement approaches of the  Primal Vinyasa ™ system, the Máze Method for my 500 hour Yoga Teacher Certificate, SAYF training + a plethora of Continuing Ed workshops and advanced trainings.

I’ve been enriched by truly great teachers who have given me the curiosity to continue studying, and the confidence to channel their wisdom into every treatment, sound bath, class, workshop, and event.

I am invested in teaching. It inspires me to dive deeper into my studies, enhances my skills, and allows for connectivity in community.  I enjoy sharing and collaborating with others. I find everyone is significant and believe we all need to take time to heal.

Nature has a way of healing and rejuvenating me. Yoga inspires me and has always been beneficial for me to navigate life's challenges and to guide me with clarity.
