I am providing therapeutic massage with the utmost care in the field. Though I am carefully seeing clients for in-person massage appointments and individual yoga sessions, I am, also, available for virtual yoga lessons, meditation, self care and massage instruction.

On a more personal note...
I am still focusing and appreciating the beautiful aspects of life. I love my family, friends, and community. I have been enjoying connecting with friends and family near and far via phone or livestream. I thoroughly enjoy spending time walking, hiking and playing with our puppy, Bella.
Soon, I look forward to spending time cross country skiing, skiing the mountains and breathing in the crisp, fresh mountain air.
I am currently practicing, studying, and reading more which is always so grounding and inspiring to me. I am halfway through an intensive Yoga teacher training with Noah Mazé (and his awesome team) working towards my 500+ level RYT ( advanced yoga certification). I am excited to share what I've been learning.
