A Note From Gail

Thank you for visiting my website.
I hope that you find ease in joining a class, making an appointment, or contacting me.
I am providing therapeutic massage with the utmost care in the field.  Though I am carefully seeing clients for in-person massage appointments and individual yoga sessions, I am, also, available for virtual yoga lessons, meditation, self care and massage instruction.
I honor your decision to be careful in your choices at this time.
I believe that it is vital to make time for healing, movement, and therapeutic care . I am happy to guide and assist you to optimize your well-being.

Please contact me to set up an appointment or to learn more about my sessions.

I am teaching live-streaming yoga classes and have just started to teach certain classes in person.  It is wonderful to connect and practice together. You can register following the links below:

I do have a blog article up. Please check that out.  I am currently working on a Primal Vinyasa Inspired workshop and some Continuing Ed Thai Massage classes that will be offered in the New Year.

If you've seen me and enjoyed your session, I would greatly appreciate you leaving me an online review on Google, or purchasing a gift certificate  for yourself or a loved one for a therapeutic massage or private yoga instruction. Thank you!

On a more personal note...

I am still focusing and appreciating the beautiful aspects of life.  I love my family, friends, and community. I have been enjoying connecting with friends and family near and far via phone or livestream.   I thoroughly enjoy spending time walking, hiking and playing with our puppy, Bella.
I enjoy hiking, cross country skiing, downhill skiing and breathing in the crisp, fresh mountain air.
I am currently practicing, studying, and reading more which is always so grounding and inspiring to me. I close to completing an intensive Yoga teacher training with Noah Mazé (and his awesome team) working towards my 500+ level RYT ( advanced yoga certification). I am excited to share what I've been learning.
I wish you good health, happiness, and tranquility.
Take good care during this time.
With Kindness,
 Gail
