Yin for Bodyworkers

Designed specifically for bodyworkers, this experiential workshop explores how principles from Yin Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine can complement hands-on therapeutic work.

Develop a deeper understanding of TCM meridians, acupressure points, functional anatomy, and supported stretches that can be used to promote greater balance, mobility, and ease for both yourself and your clients.

After learning the relevant anatomy and safe, effective techniques, you’ll have the opportunity to practice with fellow participants and experience the applications firsthand. The emphasis throughout will be on approaches that can thoughtfully enhance and complement your existing bodywork practice.

This training qualifies for 4 credits of  continuing education for bodyworkers licensed in Oregon and Washington.
