Spring Yin Yoga + for yoga teachers, movement professionals, & bodyworkers

This immersive training day is designed for yoga teachers, trainees, bodyworkers, massage therapists, and movement professionals who wish to confidently guide students, or clients, through safe, effective, and meaningful Yin Yoga stretches or practices.
In addition to all that is covered in the 11:30–1:30 Yin Workshop, you’ll continue with an in-depth afternoon training that covers:
Teaching Language & Cueing: How to use precise, supportive, and inclusive language for Yin.
Pose Breakdown: Review Yin postures where risk is a potential, including benefits, risks, and SAYF options.
Sequencing Essentials: How to structure classes that are safe, balanced, and intentional.
Anatomy & Physiology: What happens in our connective tissues, fascia, and nervous system during a Yin hold.
Safety & Accessibility: Offering prop-based options, preventing strain, and teaching to diverse bodies.
Practice Teaching: Apply your learning by creating cues for three Yin postures and guiding a partner through them.
Yin poses and sequencing for Spring, Summer and Late Summer based on TCM Meridians integrating traditional Yoga wisdom.
The day concludes with a final Q&A and group closure.
You’ll walk away with practical tools, confidence in sequencing and cueing, and clarity on how to integrate Yin Yoga into your teaching or educating clients in bodywork and massage sessions.
